- For permanent roles: your referral must stay in their new position for 10 weeks and be placed within 6 months of your referral
- For contract roles: your referral must work a minimum of 300 hours and be placed within 6 months of your referral

- The referred candidate must not already be registered or known to RHL Recruitment
- Referrals must be made by the referral form
- The referred candidate must be placed within 6 months of being introduced to qualify
- The referred candidate must be eligible to work in the UK
- There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made
- RHL Recruitment accepts no liability for vouchers once they have been sent to your email or address input upon referring a candidate
- The individual must have consented to having their details passed on and are happy to be contacted by us
- RHL Recruitment reserves the right to withdraw or amend this scheme at any time
