What You’ll Do:
- Design complex mechanical building services for new and refurbished projects.
- Assist senior engineers in feasibility studies and design stages.
- Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Inspect and report on existing systems.
- Create project-specific surveys, designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Select and specify equipment and materials.
- Attend key project meetings and workshops.
Who We Seek:
- Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience aligned with Incorporated Engineer requirements (IMeche/CIBSE).
- Proven ability to design mechanical systems from concept to detail (BSRIA BG6 Stage 4A).
- Expertise in areas like ventilation, chilled water, heating, and drainage.
- Familiarity with HVAC control principles and Hevacomp/IES software.
- AutoCAD proficiency and knowledge of Building Regulations Part L.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
