What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor our talented structural engineering team under expert guidance.
- Take independent ownership of projects and teams, driving them to success.
- Manage project finances, prepare proposals, and ensure profitability.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits, perform structural surveys, and develop repair solutions for diverse issues.
Who You Are:
- Civil or Structural Engineering degree (or equivalent).
- Ideally chartered with ICE, IStructE, or equivalent, or actively pursuing it.
- Experienced in designing foundations, masonry, concrete, steel, and timber structures using Eurocodes.
- Residential market expertise in both traditional and framed construction.
- Commercial acumen with project financial management, client development, and appointment process experience.
- Experience in structural investigations for low-rise residential, medium-rise residential, and commercial projects.
- Familiarity with Tekla software (Tekla Structures & Tedds) and ideally AutoCAD/Revit.
- Strong leadership skills, influencing both internal and external audiences.
- Prior management experience a plus.
- Decisive, motivated, and autonomous with a drive for innovation.
